A fearsome beast with talons greased
A fairly hefty load.
I only got a glance of her
Then she went in the bush.
But what I saw, it frightened me,
That therapodic toosh.
Something from another age
Definitely old.

A wonder to behold.

Some little chicks
Are following the bird!
The turkey mom 
Has little ones
Trailing afterward!
