A Poem About the Power of the Human Brain

Benjamin Stone Avatar

I took a single step into the night

With nothing but my courage as my arms

Unafraid to stand for what is right,

Unaware the fight would be so long.

I gave it what I had while it was going

And gave it what I had til it was gone

I thought I brought a bit more than just courage

I thought I brought a bit more than just brawn

I thought about the problem and it caved.

Brainpower is manpower, I’m afraid.

All my poetry is deep! I don’t see the point in writing anything that isn’t profound!

I can’t tell you how much that means to me. And I’m a poet!
